
Biography
Austin is a seasoned San Francisco personal injury attorney dedicated to securing justice for individuals and families throughout California. He believes every client deserves to be heard, supported, and fully compensated – no matter the size or complexity of their case.
With a career built on advocacy, integrity, and results, Austin has tried cases to verdict and resolved claims in both state and federal courts throughout California, achieving successful outcomes even against powerful and well-funded insurance companies and corporate defendants.
Known for his meticulous approach to case preparation and a commanding presence in the courtroom, Austin has earned a reputation among judges, peers, and clients alike for unwavering dedication and persuasive advocacy.
Over the years, Austin has handled a wide range of cases including motor vehicle and bicycle accidents, defective products, premises liability, dangerous roadways and conditions, elder abuse and neglect, and more. These matters often involve catastrophic injuries, including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, severe burns, and wrongful death. Austin’s extensive experience in diverse cases allows him to skillfully navigate the unique challenges each client’s situation presents.
Austin is an active member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Bar Association of San Francisco, where he remains at the forefront of protecting consumer rights and advancing developments in personal injury law.
Prior to joining The Brandi Law Firm, Austin graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law where he excelled in Moot Court and Trial Practice under Professor Thomas Brandi. A native of Wisconsin, Austin graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. During his undergraduate years, he gained early experience as a paralegal at the University Legal Clinic and at two personal injury law firms.
When not in the courtroom, Austin enjoys running, hiking Bay Area trails, and spending time with his wife and dog, Winston.
